4 CMS modules added to Ophal core: Content, User, Tag and Menu

Marking the start of Ophal-Beta release cycle, three new modules were added into the Ophal core repository:

• Content,
• User,
• Tag and
• Menu

These modules repositories are now deprecated.

This is a very important step since all the hard work done last 3 years will be tested and improved as the development of above modules makes progress.
